To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the www.sciencepicturecompany.com Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

Images for sale on www.sciencepicturecompany.com are sold under the Rights-managed license model. Rights-managed (RM) products are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The fee for using the product is calculated from several factors including size, placement, duration of use and geographic distribution. At the time you order a rights-managed product, you will be asked to submit information that will specify the usage rights to be granted. You can use our price calculator or contact a sales representative to determine an exact price. Exclusive rights are available for purchase for some rights-managed products. All licenses of rights-managed products are subject to The Science Picture Company - Rights-managed License Agreement. This The Science Picture Rights Managed License Agreement must be agreed to in order to complete the on-line transaction on www.sciencepicturecompany.com .

Animations for sale on www.sciencepicturecompany.com are sold under the Royalty-Free license model. Royalty-free (RF) products may be used by you multiple times for multiple projects without incurring additional fees. Royalty-free pricing is based solely on the file size of the product you need and the number of people entitled to use it (maximum 10), not the specific use. You don't have to pay any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. However, as with all WKG Media Ltd. t/a The Science Picture Company licenses, the rights granted are non-transferable and are personal to you. This means that if you license a Royalty-free product to be used in a derivative work by your client or any other person, they may not use the licensed product separately from the derivative work. Royalty-free licenses are always non-exclusive. All licenses of royalty-free products are subject to The Science Picture Company - Royalty-free License Agreement. This The Science Picture Rights Managed License Agreement must be agreed to in order to complete the on-line transaction on www.sciencepicturecompany.com

Refund and Return Policy
Requests for refunds for licenses (images and animations) purchased on www.sciencepicturecompany.com must be submitted by email to account-help@sciencepicturecompany.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Upon contacting www.sciencepicturecompany.com to request a refund you will be required to agree in writing not to use the downloaded image/animation which will terminate your license agreement with WKG Media Ltd. t/a The Science Picture Company. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction.

Delivery Policy
All purchases (images and animations) are delivered via electronic download. Once the online payment transaction has been processed and approved the user will be immediately contacted by email with a link to their purchase. This email will also contain an invoice for the purchase and a copy of the purchased license agreement. If no email is received by the user they must contact us immediately at account-help@sciencepicturecompany.com.
